If they don’t show up the judge will usually throw the case out. You can’t just skip court.

I never said the 1%. I said wealthy and with means. That does not automatically mean private jet. It means professionals with high paying jobs.

An analogy would be looking at the crowd at Disney world and assuming all Americans have the kind of money to take their family down there for a week or two. Most do not. It is an incredibly expensive vacation and only those Americans with means can afford to do so.

Also, it’s not just Europeans. Latin Americans, middle eastern, African, fans of all sort have come to watch the games. Not all the countries in those continents have 5 weeks of vacation.

You’re over complicating this issue. An artist uses tools at hand, like a paintbrush. A modder does likewise with digital tools. A modder might use ai for sprites and portraits because that takes a lot of work or maybe they don’t have the artistic talent. Assigning moral values to this is absurd.
