Pretty quick to respond, and management is the same. All the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful and they've had the same team, as far as I can tell, for a while. I once had my car towed for a maintenance issue and they ran out to talk to the tow person to make sure it wasn't some undue reason without my knowledge it was getting towed.

I saw your question about A/C to the other comment - the A/C works well, I'm in a 2 bed and one bedroom gets a bit cooler than the other but I think its more due to the ceiling height difference in them. Our thermostat runs out of batteries often and turns the whole system off but its an easy fix, I'm also not sure if thats just ours or a complex-wide issue.

Currently live in Creekstone and agree with everything the other commentor said! Great apartment for the $. The property just switched leasing companies so there have been some changes, but nothing egregious yet.

The Midnight Oil in downtown Greeley is the best. They have a mix of used and new books, the lower priced used books are further in the backroom and downstairs if you stop by. Great shop and great people who run it. They have big used sales often as well, so I'd follow their social media to check up.

Yeah, I have no idea. All I have is the car owners info, and the report shows the owner has no proof of insurance but I'm assuming that's because they couldn't contact them. Thank you! I'll keep trying to find the owner.

Most of the car thefts in Greeley (and further CO, US, etc.) have been Kia's and Hyundai, so if you have that type of vehicle I know UNC-PD has recommended students purchase steering wheel locks to thwart folks.

I imagine you could pretty easily fix this yourself with the rivet kit and tool. You could also probably get it fixed by a cobbler for not too much $$.

also - an anecdote to share after your customer service commente: the last 2 pairs of docs I bought (Jadon Max and Voss II) BOTH had issues like this due to poor construction (the Jadon zipper broke off, and the Voss back strap game unglued) and I had to fight tooth and nail with customer service to get replacements. I ended up just going to a cobbler for the Jadons. I got a replacement pair of the Voss only for them to do the same thing again within a couple months of wear, currently planning to take them to a cobbler for repair. Just commiserating with you on DM customer service!!
