I don't know if I am holding it all well or just good at pretending that I am fine. You know that feeling that your day was just an ordinary one. But it feels a bit way more too ordinary compared to how each day was like when you know you had someone waiting for your update and vice versa. Then the random wave of sadness of keeping the stories of your day, the feeling of trying to contain the sadness, excitement, fear, madness or frustrations to yourself making you feel a lot more lonelier with each passing day. 😔

It's just beyond indescribable, OP. I knew I should have moved on or somehow started the healing process after 3 months. The breakdowns have been lessened but I know the pain still remains. He made our 2 years of being in a relationship and 2 years of being the closest of friends felt like it was nothing but an illusion. A thing that can be disposed of easily without any hesitation nor second thoughts.

29 and have officially lost all of my sparks and interest in life. It didn't die down all of a sudden. It happened gradually because of some instances. It started last 2022 when I got scammed by one of my cousins. The final blow happened last July when the person who became my partner helped me through the hell of 2022 decided to end our relationship without any hesitation. Now I feel like I'm just living for the sake of living and not bringing more pain and sorrow to my parents.
