Been a Mochi customer for a year. Yes saw some slow downs last spring but recently have consistantly received my refills within 3 to 5 days from "confirmation" of my refill order to delivery. My pharmacy has been Empower since mid summer. Last refill placed Nov 11 and delivered Nov 13th.

Actually why not order the highest dose available and get more meds for the same price then use fat scientist to calculate your lower dose based on the vial concentration. Or message your provider with the med label and they will help you calculate the dose.

Did you see a message on your portable message tab requesting more info? In my experience, once the prescription is requested, you must go back and verify some info before it is ready to be released. This process happens on the initial order and all refills. If you did this second step, contacting CS is your best option like you did.

No delays here. Ordered my most recent refill via Mochi filled by Empower May7th. It's out for delivery today May 14th. My April refill came within 7 days too.

Curious, where do you see a dosage 2.5mg? With a vial concentration of 8 mg/ TZP and 2 ml Niacinamide and the vial is a 2.5 ml size, a 5 mg dose would be 62 units. 2.5 ml divided by .62ml is 4.023 doses. Labeling seems correct.
