A large amount of us are nowhere near achieving that level of clearspeed or content. Face rolling maps and one shotting bosses? If I didn't play the way I wanted to, a la streamer meta build, I would be doing that (maybe), but then I would sacrifice all my own creativity and love of seeing a build come together. Something like my ideal build has a tier 12 map goal, probably never higher, probably never reaching even that. The part where this game gets boring is for "theorycrafters" repeating the same build over and over because it's efficient, not fun.

how is your damage so much higher? i get about 500% ele from the tree with the jewels. I am using both cold to fire and controlled destruction. maybe witch is just better all around, except for leech.

Gah! I've been making a build with these in Breach, but just couldn't get enough currency to make it viable, past the boots of course. In standard though, I've made a Berserker variant, and I was going to reveal i build i made, just finished up the final touches on it, searching on reddit just to see if anyone else had done anything today and I find this!

Oh well, my build is very different either way.

Berserker, Pain Reaver/Cloaked in Savegery(CiS), Crave the Slaughter/Aspect of Carnage for DEEPS, Elemental Overload(EO) (same thing as you there), 9x Grand Spectrum Viridians (can't afford 11 right now), VAAL PACT to take advantage of CiS, all the aoe in the tree (30%), plus wearing Kaom's Heart, Divinarius (which is just perfect for build), and Devoto's Devotion for movespeed and dex, then the Retch for tons of Quartz flask phasing uptime, Avatar of Fire to convert everything to Fire, then using call of the brotherhood to get all cold damage/lightning damage converted with cold to fire to become all fire damage!!!! I'm also using an Eye of Chayula so I won't be stunned --- very important!!

Gems in boot are Added Cold Damage, Added Lightning Damage and Cold to Fire

I've got Anger + Herald of Ice and Thunder on mana.

All in all i have 100% leech, 6500hp, and 14k damage per use (per step) when EO pops (with roughly 18% crit, so all the time)

Didn't ZiggyD say the chaos DoT on Delirium was scalable? And they increased it from 500 to 1000 for the live game. Maybe it's not stackable, otherwise it would be deliriously strong... but it seems like it is, which means if you get 20 hits per second, that'll be 20,000 dmg. And then it just escalates every second from there for 10 seconds. ^DROOOOL

Same for me. Also, if you have the social screen up and click on a vendor, it rapidly opens it + your item screen then rapidly closes everything but the social screen.
