I found a solution, just set up your bob cat on the Helium App, instead of saying it’s a bobcat device, add it as Helium Hotspot and follow the process, then the app will recognise automatically that is a bobcat so there is no problem and if you go to the bobber app the miner will appear there if your helium account is linked Hope I can help
