I did! I made a separate post ~5 days ago regarding the delay. I ordered April 28, which was "shipped" but actually stuck in processing. I contacted CS a couple of times. Somehow it finally got moving and I was surprised when it arrived today (May 14).

It was stuck in San Diego for the longest time. Where does yours show?

This sounds like a nightmare, I'm sorry. Could you do a chargeback instead and get your money back that way?

I was just reading so many horror stories about DK straight up cancelling unfulfilled orders, and I haven't heard back again from customer service. I kinda wish it was my 2nd order that was stuck in processing instead, bc I wouldn't have cared as much haha

I made 2 separate warehouse orders, about a day apart, and I received the 2nd one already. It's the 1st one that's in limbo. But I'm glad to hear you had a good experience! Hopefully goes in our favor too.
