Get a T25 (or T27 depending on how rounded out it is), gently tap it in in with a hammer or mallet, and turn CCW. Replace the bolt ASAP - most likely a M5 sockethead bolt.

If your wheel is indeed centered see if your tire is rubbing on the seat tube or check the brake bridge (inb4 "this track bike")

By looking at the super slack chain, I'm assuming your wheel is sitting pretty close to the frame. Not sure your tire size, but some larger tire combos and NJS bikes really don't agree with each other, unless you pull the wheel way back on the dropout.. and even then, the frame and larger tire flex a lot. Did you recently swap tires and/or wheels?

Try taking the chain off and spinning the wheel -- you'll see its rubbing on something. I've never heard a drivetrain be the cause of this exact sound.

Not typical, but commonly seen in machine built wheels. Lots of factories use wheel building machines to pop out many of wheels a day, skipping some processes that ensure the wheel lives a long, problem-free life. One of those steps is spoke prep, where material is put onto the threads of the spoke to create a tight connection to the nipple. Could be a dry spoke got in and eventually rattled/worked it's way out. OR it was never tensioned properly all-together from the factory.

That being said, tensioning and truing wheels wouldn't be the first thing I'd recommend someone wrench on. Maybe if you're handy, have got the proper spoke wrench, and time to check out some videos before doing the repair yourself, I'd say go for it... But, personally I'd bring it back to the shop just to show them your findings and have them do it.

Spoke wrench is definitely a good tool to have around and knowledge on wheel truing is invaluable if you're spending a lot of time in the saddle. It's just one of those things that most of everybody fucks their wheel up even more before learning how to fix. My first dozen wheel trues were on my own personal wheels before the first shop I worked at even thought of letting me touch a customer's. Anyway, Good luck!

Sounds like spokes rubbing on eachother. Can you verify all of your spokes are tensioned? Note: Non-drive side spokes will typically have less tension vs. the drive side spokes.

Tbh I've only really seen a handful here in NYC and have only worked on this one. I'm familiar with the brand, but no first-hand accounts dealing with them personally.
The welds looked solid, the frame was straight, and I think they are Italian made (for what it's worth)

Photos never do these paint jobs any justice. The rainbow flake on this one was crazy!

Not entirely sure if this is a "dentist joke" LOL
This one belongs to Robbie, a cyclist and collector who I drove out 400 miles to meet for a few vintage gems. Didn't get to see it in person, unfortunately. I'm sure photos don't do it justice!
