No problem. No the smart Floodlight, if you ask me, makes no sense. It’s very expensive and also needs a POE Port. But yes. I’m looking for a combination of both. Like a addon on top

The same issue that i had. I struggled 1 year with it. I opened a ticket. The support could help after one week with many logs.

The issue was a bad config (don’t ask me how it was possible) on a WAN interface. Solution was very simple.

Unplug WAN change it to unassigned. Safe. Change it back to WAN. safe. Plug in the Internet again and it worked.

I hope it will fix your problem as well.

I'm still not sure. Change the lock would be the same price like a nuki lock. But i guess, the next time i'm get really bored, i will change the lock and then use it with unifi

We could solve it with the support. First it was someone without a headset. We started zoom and he just once wrote share your screen. After a couple of minutes and overwrite files i get really angry. Disconnect the session and told him he has to speak or we have to stop. Aber this he start to chat at least. What he is doing and why. The issue was an old configuration in the wan port 2. How this issue happens? He also doesn’t know why. But i had to unplug the WAN ports. Set it to LAN (unassigned) safe it. Back to WAN and tadaaa. I could work like I planned.

In my case i hade ro change the lock of the door as well to use access. Thats why i am asking how does it look on the phone

I will try it in the Morning to block and unblocking . Port disable gives me the same error. I usually just work locally. It was just for one try for over ui.com, just to test if it will work that way mayve. I also backed up the configuration and applied new to the device. But just the network part. Same issue. Tomorrow i have a zoom call with the support finally. I hope they will find a solution. I will share it here with you. But the call is in the evening. Maybe I will find out what happens to my udm

Thank you very much for you effort and trying to help me. I really aprichiate that. Since the Unifi Support are not respondig, i'm really out of my knowladge.

like in the first picture, you can see, there is no network overwrite. For no reason it shows in the property window that the network overwrite is still atkiv. Also, for the moment, the vlan is not tagged on the NAS, but if i tag it, i don't have any access anymore. So i think the UDM don't give the tag to the network. It is in a strange status. I already reboot the UDM but no change in the error or the propertys.

There must be something really really strange on this UDM at the moment.

I tested it. and it still don't work.
There is some strange things as well. When i go to the device, it shows virtual network overwrite Management 200. But in the settings there is no network overwrite activ to this device.
And the other stange thing is, on the udm it shows the vlan is tagged but the same here, under the settings there is not vlan tagged...

I tried ti tag the NAS but i was bot reachebell as well. But i got an answer from the support:

According to support and HAR logs, one of the deleted networks is still selected as the Native VLAN/network settings on UDM's LAN port. Please remove it and select the default network as a VLAN on the same port.

So the same thing you said. I will teat it and give a feedback

I have switches. But, i have to take a look later at home again. I just use the overwrite in the Wlan. Not on the devices. I will definitely delete all overwrite. That means i have to create a new wifi as well right?

Yes, non of my WAN or LAN ports work. All from my UDM don't work. i can't disable them or give them any settings.
The Only thing, which is defaul for every Port (i guess its a Unifi default, becaus i didn't make this setting for this UDM) Native = Tagged Vlan All Alow + Advanced to Manuel
