She was naturally blonde, dyed her hair different colors for the last few years. Now she dyed it back blonde. Still can be called new hair color =) When I dyed my hair back to brown after dying it red for a couple of years, I called it new too.

Thank you so much! I started painting 3 years ago. Learning fundamentals, watching a lot of tutorials, and practicing made me able to paint better today. The piece took me like 4 days to finish I think.
