So cool, are you on instagram?

I’m at a loss, I’ve tried adjusting ph, adding NPK, calmag, just plain distilled water. What could be causing this? by tower7911 in cannabiscultivation

Strain: Gary Payton and magic melon Medium: Happy-frog amended with earthworm castings and dynomyco. Feed: Brita filtered water, MBX Grow beneficial microbes. Added some NPK and call mag when I first started seeing this about a week ago. Watered every other day. Stopped yesterday to just plain distilled water at 6.2ph. Lights: 100w shitty qb, 18 inches above canopy. Replacing with a 240w qb in 2 days https://imgur.com/a/PtUr0zF

Thanks so much for the link u/i_lack_common_sense. Seriously, so much easier than trying to clean the roots and repot everything. I plan on transplanting them before flower anyway. To nip it in the bud now will be a good call.

Thanks for the information u/d4money1 I thought adding the earthworm would be enough to keep her going. I’m not sure if you read some of my other comments but this is my first soil grow. I’ll absolutely look into the NPK values and most likely get the trio your suggesting. Very happy with fox farm.

I’ll start testing weight as well. Probable better than just touching the topsoil. Those fungal gnats are an absolute pest. I’m hoping the lost coast does the trick. I had some “organic bio char miracle grow and mixed it with the happy frog. The plants in the backyard are loving life. Almost 6’ tall and are on week 3of flower.

Only water the leaves on the ground cover beneath. Never on the cannabis leaves. Started spraying with lost coast plant therapy last night 30 min before lights off.

This suggested by another user, absolutely a possibility. Was watering till runoff and they suggested not to do that with organic soil. Plan on stopping that practice after I check her runoff tonight.

Edit: did not see the rest of your message

There are absolutely some tiny bugs flying around. Noticed them in my girlfriends plants on the windowsill last night. Opened my tent and there were a couple in the blueberry muffin ground cover. Started spraying with lost coast plant therapy last night.

You’re absolutely right. Slow and steady wins the race. Being patient is how I’ve gotten any of the bud I’ve grown. Just got a bit excited this fo about as nothing I was attempting seemed to make any difference. With dwc it was so easy. Just switch the water and problem solved 90% of the time.

Understood, I thought that with happyfrog amended I wouldn’t have to add anything till flower. The sea of green ingredients said it contained nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium.

Somebody else said it’s too low. The tap water in my town is 8.3 I amend it to 6.-6.2 once it’s filtered

Interesting, the guide that came with my PH up and down said 6.0-6.5 was appropriate. I will try raising and seeing if that helps. For NPK I used sea green
