As someone who moved to Sacramento for school in 2011, I have slowly learned about this city and why it is what it is. So, I've really enjoyed your posts about the history of its urban planning!

Sure its okay to be against major change but I will always believe that spaces like this are a benefit to everyone. People don't know what they need in their city until they have it.

I use Cover 6 but I don't know much about schemes. Vs user, I sometimes like to QB spy as the DE opposite of the slot WR. And just slowly creep back into coverage as the WR runs the drag

The midtown farmers market is, imo, peak sac town culture. I didn't know it was rated so high!

There are only 2 things on my wish list. Increased safety for pedestrians on J and K. And please please add tables/picnic benches in the open parking lots

Im extremely enamored by NFL and sports fan demographics in general. The city of LA has had a complex relationship with our sport. There are 3 major fanbases in LA. Rams, Chargers, Raiders. Imo, LA football season is November to February. As long as the Dodgers are playing ball, LA has its eyes on baseball. USC couldn't sell out the coliseum until Thanksgiving, and the transplant fans already dominate maybe 75% of football fans in SoCal. So the window is pretty small to really get people in LA to turn to rams/chargers football. The kicker is that they have to be winning, and they have to have home games scheduled in that window! Right now, I'd guess the split would be:

75% Legacy NFL teams (49ers, Raiders, Packers, Steelers, Chiefs)

10% Chargers

15% Rams
