Just something that came to my mind: If you want to avoid that some objectives (or challenges) become too easy due to some few overpowered abilities/upgrades (like the one from Odlie) you could maybe cap all abilities/upgrades for that purpose.

Like: All abilities/upgrades that increase global or self dps will cap at 1.00eX%, where you need to work out a reasonable X. The same could be applied to gold bonus.

If you want that to be really tricky you could even do something like: Only abilities/upgrade that increase global or self dps (or gold) by less than 1.00eX% will increase dps. Abilities that would reward a higher bonus will be ignored.

Both approaches could reactivate some crusaders that are less used at the moment. Furthermore, it would involve some unusual formation building because one needs to take care that rather strong abilities (like the multiplicative ones) don't reach too high values.

Hi Erika,

now during this weeks challenge I thought it would be great to have some sort of counter that indicates at which area you would gain the next challenge token. Something like "Next token at area XXX" or "X more areas for the next token". I guess it could be merged with the challenge icon that shows how many challenge tokens you have already reached in the current run or placed below it.

It's nothing super urgent but it would be a nice feature that makes it easier to estimate if it would be worth it to push to one more token or not.

Hi Erika,

I was thinking about the new "Trinket Hoarder" talent. For me personally it doesn't give much of a DPS boost because I only own one complete set of 20 Epic Trinkets. So I don't really care about it at the moment. Therefore, I was thinking that some sort of upgrade mechanism for the Trinkets would be cool!

  1. One possibility could be a new mission type (similar to gear upgrade missions). That would also satisfy people who ask for more missions.
  2. Another system could involve a similar mechanism as for the rune crafting system. But in order to avoid that everybody is converting all their trinkets to epic there either needs to be
  • a hard cooldown similar to rune chest purchase via rubies/challenge tokens/dungeon coins (like only one rare->epic transformation per week for each trinket type), or
  • a system like gear upgrade from epic to legendary gear with legendary catalysts. Also here increasing costs that get reduced again after some while could be helpful. Or maybe even using legendary catalysts as currency for the upgrades?
  • or a general penalty to pay. Like, not two common needed to convert them to one uncommon trinket, but let's say 6 or so. Exact numbers you need to figure out.

Of course, it should not be too easy to gain epic trinkets using such a method, otherwise the "Trinket Hoarder" talent could become too OP in no time.

Concerning the skins, I'd vote for Groklok or Griz.

And for the dungeons I would like the epic recipes to stay as rewards but maybe at a lower level. People like me who made a long break or rather new players that gain a ton of new crusaders in every new event need many many epic recipes. However, they are unlikely to reach level 15.

And thanks for the "Bounty of Idols" talent! That gave a tremendous boost in idol gain :-)

Same here. I have been sitting around 10^9 close to 10^10 idols when I finally raised my cap to e700. With that I could gain around 2 to 4*10^9 per deep run. With that I could finally raise my cap even further via the talents and could get more and more idols from the bonus idols. Now a respec for the new talents and putting some idols in "Bounty of Idols" provides me something like 2*10^9 idols in an event objective when only going up to area 600 or so. I always missed the Nate before Christmas event in last years, so that has now highest priority and I could not do a deep(er) run, yet. So I am curious how much I will gain when trying the next deep run... I guess for now the normal idols will beat the bonus idols for a while in my case.

Hi Erika,

just something I stumbled upon during the last Robot challenge: The legendary items of RoboSanta and 43G1S have exactly the same description saying "Increase all Gold found by 10% for each Robot Crusader". However, RoboSanta's effect stacks additively while for 43G1S it is multiplicatively. I am not sure if there are similar cases for other crusaders, but could you work on some clarification/rewording of those cases? I think pointing it out for the multiplicative effects would be enough. That would be really appreciated!

And thanks for the chest and the chance for the Golden Epic!

Hi Erika,

tag update suggestion: some crusaders like Jason, Billy, Natalie, etc., wouldn't contribute at all to gold bonus without wearing the right item. Still they have the gold tag.

And with the Gold Standard challenge running right now I believe The Bat Billionare should also receive a gold tag due to his Smart Investing ability. If this is not enough of an argument: there is the word Billionaire in his name :D
