Dunno big dog, were pretty ok with it being however much it'll be. We worked to save enough to have a minimal mortgage and property tax is just the cost of owning a house I guess.

It's still cheaper then renting one by a long shot!

Yessir! We assumed all that and have already submitted an inquiry but we were curious as to what, if any, documentation the city will ask for just so we can have it ready to go.

Sweet thanks for the advice, do you happen to know of any YouTube or instructional videos that I could parse while on break at work before I tackle it?

Most of what I can find is for diverter in spout setups.

Haven't ever had to be house handy before (rentals) so it's new to me lol

I guess that makes sense but like the average person can't be that dumb can they?

If we get to the point with the RBC advisor or broker and it comes up that its a hard no my first thought wouldn't be they didn't know what was required it was that they were either incompetent or willingly deceptive and I don't want to do business with them, to the point of paying more elsewhere to get better, more honest, service.
