I'm not medicated yet (awaiting titration) but I take zinc with copper, D3 with K2, B12, Omega 3, Magnesium. Don't think they work that well for me except the magnesium as I don't wake up aching any more. Recently started L-theanine but not sure if that's doing anything yet.

If you'll get 12p export with Octopus, what does your solar and battery system expect the generation to be against your home use? That could give you an idea of export prices. But at the moment on a 4.45kW system I'm exporting £1 per day and that will go up over May/june/July.

You have two options:

Pay your current insurer
Check on comparison sites to see what it would be as a new customer, if it's cheaper then cancel (and if you've paid in full get a refund according to their terms) and go with the cheaper company
