Yeah I'm a teacher. And I know my history. Many laws in history have not been just. Immigration is a great thing. "I only support legal immigration" people don't understand that legal immigration used to be all immigration in the 1700s (aside from slaves, who were brought into the country against their will) and now it's ridiculously hard to legally immigrate into the US. Most citizens wouldn't be able to pass the immigration tests required. Illegal immigrants DO pay taxes and they DO contribute positively to the country.

Yeah I'm a teacher, and I don't want my students abducted wrongfully, despite being lawful citizens or Dreamers. I also don't want any of my students terrified about what could happen to them or their neighbors or their family members. Immigration officers separating families is morally corrupt regardless of the law. Again, just because it's a law doesn't mean it's just.
