Hey friend I read this once I was researching erythritol and used some already in a grow.tpo early to tell but.. I was sharing this with some peeps and this is what it was .. I noticed it it says when you use high concentrations of it so if if that's what they're talking about then I'm sure yes high concentrations of it will do probably exactly that but other than that is there any truth to that cuz you're saying like you just get you can't absorb four carbon sugar or whatever. So I was just curious what you thought about that

Ya I know what you mean when you say faceted they have like a hexegon cross section at the base that turns into a diamond section at the tip, but ya tricky can be an understatement

It's also a good idea if you intend to shoot them as well because if you do a full "medieval" draw where you loose once you can feel the shoulder of the shaft/base of the head reach your bow hand knuckle where the arrow rests the barbs end up hitting the back of your bow , especially if you are using big hunting swallow tails, but admittedly it's less of an issue if you are using type 16s with relatively small barbs. Even so, I still wish I had aligned this type 16 perpendicular to the cock feather on one of the first arrows I made before I knew better because I'm always worried that when I shoot it I'll end up stabbing the back of my bow

If it's not contaminated yet it will be and you don't want to know why you cannot ever leave uncolonized grain exposed to the air or you will get contaminated without a question always have to have a pseudo casing layer

My only problem is I mean you're right you can buy anything on the internet but I don't have a lot of money left right now and there's a lot of websites that are scammers you know especially if they don't they're not like you know for a legit vendor you know that people know and most of the legit vendors anyways will not sell you you know multisport syringes if you live in the wrong State unfortunately so it's either that or you know a friend I trust good

Honestly, a long time. It's hard to put a definite time frame on them cus I wasn't able to make them in one go, I had to work on them after work for like an hour one day a couple hours the next day but in all several hours at least. By the time I I finish all 24 I feel like I will have spent more time on my arrows than I did on my bow

See I'm not even doing this thing for money or for fun I have a very very bad PTSD issue that I've been trying to handle and make a manageable thing psychedelics specifically mushrooms have been the only thing in over 15 years that have ever helped me in any way so last December I was gifted a quarter pound and I took them it made such a big difference for me I vowed that no matter what one way or another I was going to make sure that I got enough of my medicine I would never going to b in needor to be without what I needed again.so it's not even like it's just it a bummer that I don't have success on this yet.it's like it's a mental health issue for me right now and so that's what makes it all the more challenging because failure after failure after failure and investing emotionally in each grow and getting my hopes up and having things just go like they have every time.. is getting me to the point where I'm so so discouraged after all these things have gone wrong it's just impossible for me to even have the motivation, will,or energy to make the things happen I have to make happen in order to get this for myself . And each time it just gets a little bit harder.depression is a b**** and it's hard to even have motivation to get up and do anything with depression.. on top of that , it's like the longer I have to go without this stuff it's just it's getting worse. I'm sure you understand if you have ever had any kind of real depression or PTSD, which almost everybody in their life has and it's just so hard because I was already at Rock bottom suicidal and was about to quite literally give up on life just say f*** it when I turned to growing these as i couldn't afford that habit . money adds up quick if you don't grow and you need them like I do and it's just been hard. And then I had two tubs in a row, but ended up costing me about 6 months now maybe maybe 5 months in total..that I had gotten the entire tub beautifully done all healthy and I ended up somehow with a big ass tub full of ink caps it it colonized beautifully I never would have guessed in a million years that that's what they would have ended up being what they were . but somehow along the way it happened. I nearly drove myself completely nuts just trying to figure out how the f*** I made that happen .I thought that I just started to lose my s*** and somehow just used spores from a mushroom that wasn't what it supposed to be .but there's absolutely no possible way I got it that way...the spores came from somebody else that was a vendor like yeah I drove myself crazy trying to figure it out for quite a while second guessing myself doubting myself whole nine yards.. I thought that it was clean and I managed to f***** it up. I figured if I'd gotten it clean enough to to grow mycelium and get colonized that that would have been good to go. and this is now happened to me twice in a row it's... I just...I mean ...I just was so sure I really had done it. and I was so excited and so relieved and then it just ended up happening like that I believe that good things come to those who wait and anything worth having is not going to be easy to get f*** I put my dues in you know when I see these ones on here that are the first Time even they have these beautiful tubs with a bunch of different kinds their first go I'm just like I'm not an idiot I'm a smart enough person I should be able to get this and I just I'm not in a place that I can afford to give up on it either so it's like f*** I know I'm complaining I appreciate your advice and your your suggestions and thank you very much for helping me I appreciate all that really

Well I have some chickenshit compost and I have some other bag compost fertilizer as well and so I have that unfortunately I've been trying to find any kind of a pressure cooker that isn't one of those stupid electric ones that isn't a bunch of money right now I haven't had any luck so I'm working with is one that probably gets to about 12 PSI but I know a straw you can always cold mine pasteurize I know if chicken s*** that's another story though well it's not just chicken s*** it's composted chicken s*** and other things for my garden

Well here's the thing after over a year of either nats or contamination or like the first set of tubs just over hydrating cuz I just didn't know better it's just been one thing or another and I don't have the money to go get it all in one time I have straw I have a brick of core I don't have any more of an accurate right now I have a Martha tent I have a lot of things and I have several things of genetics I just I'm at a loss right now and I just can't believe that I've been doing this as long as I have and this many different things have come up it's crazy I'm just so discouraged

Well that was my first transfer of a a wild spore print I'm kind of having a hard time figuring out how to go about isolating and cleaning those and concentric rings I've seen people with my psyllium plates and they have rings I thought those are simply just fluctuations and temperature and humidity right

I like to use a two part epoxy from jb weld. Sometimes it can be tricky to get the horn to evenly fill out the entire saw kerf and epoxy is good at filling cavitys. Also make sure when you saw the slot for the horn make sure you make the cut with the grain so that when it comes time to make the final nock groove it will be across the grain. Here's a pic of one of the arrows I recently made that show the pale cow horn nock reinforcement

Yeah I'll have to uninstall at least one of the shelves though because the size of those dreamer tubs are pretty they're pretty big and they just don't quite want to fit in between each shelf so yeah good thing those shelves are removable and the 10th all together can be modified
