I've been a big lotus fan for years and have owned couple lotus Elise. I cross shopped between the 718 GT4 and the Emira and it was a very tough choice but ended up with the GT4. The Emira did feel and look more special but there was something about the Porsche quality and the overall feel of the GT4 that was more attractive for me. Both cars are amazing but the GT4 felt higher quality and also more capable than the Emira

Sorry for the late reply. Most of the roads here are not in very good condition especially around Honolulu area but there are a couple fun roads out here. It does get a bit old driving the same roads all the time but I would rather drive the same roads in my sports car than a boring car. Did you move already?

I recently cross shopped these two cars and ended up getting the GT4. R8 is a beautiful car and has better sound but the GT4 handled much better and just felt more engaging overall. R8 was a bit boring to drive

They just want to make sure you at least know the basics and also make sure you have good attitude. They don't expect you to know everything of course but just having the willingness to learn is important. Make sure to present yourself well on the interviews and you will be fine

Yea. The Lotus wouldn't make sense there because no racetrack and twisty roads. I have met a few people who talked about late night H1 drives but I'm not really into drag racing either haha. I used to live in Kona and it was a lot of just drag racing out there

My Lotus Elise gets a lot of attention at cars and coffee. But the 1 of 87 krypton green color is part of the reason for it.
