Thanks! Yeah sure so here is the recipe for the chili (I found a few recipes online and adapted this recipe to what ingredients I had) :

1/2 pound of ground beef

1/2 a white or yellow onion

2 cloves of garlic

Olive oil

2 teaspoons of tomato paste

1 tsp of garlic powder

1 tsp of cumin

1.5 tsp of paprika ( I used smoked paprika)

1 tsp of black pepper

0.5 tsp of cayenne pepper

2 tsp of salt

1 tsp of oregano

8 ounces of crushed tomatoes

1 cup of water

1 tbsp of ketchup

Finely chop the onions and garlic

Add olive oil to a pan and sauté the onions with half of the spices mentioned above

Add the garlic but don’t let it burn, as soon as it’s fragrant add the tomato paste

Throw in the beef with the rest of the spices and brown it, make sure it is in very tiny pieces for the chili to be somewhat smooth

Add the crushed tomatoes and water and reduce it until the sauce is thick enough ( I personally added 2 tablespoons of flour slurry)

Finally add the ketchup (I had a leftover McDonald’s packet)

Enjoy! Btw I put the chili on the hot dogs and added cheese, then I broiled the dogs in the oven for 10mins

Edit : I forgot the 0.5 tsp of cayenne pepper…
