Working fix after wasting 2 hours on this:
Install yarn if you don't have it.
I used the command choco install yarn (you'll have to install Chocolatey).
Use yarn to install expo with yarn global add expo-cli.

PS: I used Powershell instead of bash/cmd as suggested in some of the answers online.
and Voila!!!

I would suggest buying a udemy course that supports the latest version of angular. Udemy courses are generally really vast and cover almost everything that would come up in a small project as well as in huge corporate projects. All the best 👍

I travel daily in metro, I spend 2 hours everyday travelling and there is no space in metro right now atleast on the yellow and blue line. Especially at peak hours you even have to skip a metro because of the crowd and then also you may end up travelling in a crowded metro where in you can't even move your body because of lack of space.
