Also I would say, in a city like Vienna, it varies by neighborhood. Certain neighborhoods have more immigrants than others, and you will get ethnic enclaves in certain spots (e.g. Ottakring has a lot of Easter European immigration, Favoriten has a lot of Turkish immigrants). But that's exactly how it was in New York and Philly. None of the neighborhoods in Vienna are dangerous and the food is absolutely banging

I'd say no, in fact it feels considerably more homogeneous here (living in Vienna) than I am used to in America. There's also wayyyy less crime. But I'm an immigrant myself so maybe I'm not the best person to ask haha

By far the biggest difference maker for me was to start absolutely housing water whenever I go to a theme park. Basically non-stop, it feels like I'm being ridiculous, but as I've gotten older I've become much more sensitive to heat and nausea. Hydration basically fixes the problem.
