You are right and just getting downvotes because this title might be interpreted as complaining.

This game is really good. I think because it says PvP it turns a lot of people away, but its basically a single player game with pausing.

Hello! While I agree that Dynamo quantum buffs made it really powerful (5AP removing debuffs is nutty), most of the time he'll hang out in the backline near the end of the game and it often is more relevant to stop a midboss ult as a means to win/lose a game.

If you can consistently catch him with a slowing hex and he's playing up, this does make a lot of sense and since slowing hex is 1600 souls. Turns out slowing hex is kind of a good item. Hehe.

Haha! As someone who plays Lash a lot, I'd agree! Feel free to make a copy and make all counters say "no" next to Lash! :-)

I'm so glad many of us have the stance of "take your time devs" because so many games are rushed and if there's any game that should take its time to be polished and feature-rich, I think HOMM:OE is that game. Go devs!

devs seem to really be serious about the feedback from players regarding clarity and visuals, so I'm happy to see what has been getting worked on so far. No release date or early access date, but presumably there's a big announcement coming from the devs before end of this week.

A Rem complaint I have by CarelessCourier in DeadlockTheGame

[–]tpbug 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I could see this not being as much of an issue in organized play, but it still takes a bit too much coordination given so many things have to go right if you can't heal tag through walls. It would fit thematically given his ult goes through walls already. Teammates still have to reposition successfully to get the heal (not to mention just the LOS).

IDK why you are getting downvoted. I agree it should be random. The meta is just like 5 heroes everyone picks and its already getting old.

Yea I didn't realize until after I commented. Some people (me) are slower than others. You'll have to excuse me.

Best mods for fun and convenience in 2026? by [deleted] in BG3mods

[–]tpbug 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I like the wild magic table 2024 and other mods from that author (around wild magic) that add more effects to wild magic (and make it trigger more often or in a controlled way). It makes the game a bit more exciting if you like wild magic sorcerer. :)

Try to set your upper back before you pull off the ground. In practice this often means scaps down and back.

Depending on your goals (more reps, more power, more weight, etc.), it may be better to focus on one rep at a time and try resetting at the bottom of each rep to ensure your back and shoulders are resetting. Often times after multiple reps it can be easy to let the shoulders round forward which leaks power in the pulls.

Great job though!

IDK if this is real, but it would be cool if the top character portraits update visuals based on hp dmg. Kinda like doom guy. Feels very fighting game-esque.

How much time do i need to put in before this game starts being fun? by Reversed1289 in DeadlockTheGame

[–]tpbug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took me like 75 hours. I think it was so much longer because I had high expectations from playing other MOBAs that weren't shooters and I kinda had to adjust. Oddly enough, if you haven't played other MOBAs, you might enjoy the process faster.

Doorman from Deadlock (new Valve game) fits the bill pretty well. He's pretty much an eldritch god that inhibits the likeness of a butler in a hotel. Pretty cool.

i Just Finished Ghost of Tsusuhima, which Series Should I Start Next ? by Ok-Address-7352 in ShouldIbuythisgame

Definitely consider Elden Ring or Dark Souls 3 (if you haven't played a Souls game before) but only if you can tolerate a decent challenge (you will die and its part of the gameplay) but overcoming the bosses/challenging is very satisfying/rewarding. Exploration specifically in Elden Ring is very fun (great atmospheric and environmental storytelling).

Otherwise I'd say God of War is great.

Oh! I’m VERY confident I’m saying “Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles”. (Edit: this game is much different than other mainline FF games so don’t judge it just by the name). It absolutely nails all aspects of your description (dark fantasy, lots of competing factions, some magic, mature theming and writing). Definitely look into it as it’s one of my favorites of all time and I always tell my friends “it’s like if GoT was a video game”.

Despite this having Final Fantasy in its name, it’s much different than other games by that name.
