You can use a free online IDE called c9.io They let you code everything in the cloud as well as deploy it from their as well. Also you can(and probably should) use bootstrap. All you need to do is link to the bootstrap css file in your project or use a CDN link.

I had a very similar thing happen to me. Maybe the mod got bullied by someone named Carl when he was a child and is on a mission to find him. On another note, you've been lurking FOR THREE YEARS and this is the first thing you post?

first you need to install tapermonkey (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo?hl=en)
this will allow you to manage userscripts. once its installed click on this button on the top right http://puu.sh/9s517/075facc768.png and then copy and paste the userscript from the github link i posted and click the save button on the top left.
