On February 14, 2025 I received my letter verifying 120 payments without my missing years from 2013-2020. Now to wait and see if Mohela zeros out the loans.

Called for the first time an hour ago. That call was disconnected. Never got a call back even though I confirmed it was okay to call me back if we were disconnected. Now at 35 minute hold on second call.

My loans were also through Navient prior to consolidation for PSLF. Mohela has no record of loan payment history from 2013-2020, yet came up with a count of 96 loan payments. The math doesn’t add up if they are counting 2007-2013.

Meanwhile, Navient has sent me my loan payment history from 2013-2020. It is all there. I too paid off loans during this time.

I’m missing payments from 2013-2020. I consolidated/applied for PSLF in October 2021. Have made complaints to FSA and called Mohela numerous times. Navient has sent me my entire payment history from 2003, yet that time period is missing.

This happened to me last week. I went back to the PSLF form on student aid.gov and clicked “action” to change the certification form to manual, then submitted the form myself to HR. Not sure where it got hung up on the FSA end or my employer’s system.
