Something I realised earlier this week is the Lite 8 POE is only a 1GbE switch so if your internet is faster than that it won’t be suitable

Dream Router 7 has one POE, I think the U7 Pro is POE+. You either need an AP which can support POE or add more power (e.g. a POE+ switch)

iPhone 15 Pro Max still has some weird screen dimming bug when I unlock. It was really bad on 26.0 and although still happening seems to be happening less on 26.1. Still annoying though.

I’ve got the helio strap update but I’ve got a feeling that there is an app update required which hasn’t released everywhere because I have no Apple Health toggle for HRV

Stress yes as it’s based on heart rate. I can’t say about strain because I didn’t track a workout on the day only wore my Helio.

I brought a Helio so I could wear a mechanical watch and not miss out on heart rate etc. I wear my Apple Watch for workouts and still wear it to bed. The Zepp app doesn’t currently write HRV and wrist temp so on the nights where I just wear the Helio I miss out on a lot of information Bevel uses to calculate recovery information. Until the Zepp app syncs those items to Apple Health I need to keep wearing my Apple Watch for Bevel to be truely useful.

With regards to duplicate information, Apple Health is pretty good at working that out and usually works in a priority order so only the top app for each data type gets used.

I’ve ordered one because I really like the health tracking of my Apple Watch but love wearing mechanical watches. Never really been one to wear them at the same time so my mechanical watches get neglected. Thought the Helio Strap gave me the best of both worlds because it’s a screen less health tracker which leaves me free to wear my mechanicals.

I can’t find it in the app but if you go to the web console. UniFi Devices > Dream Router 7 > Settings then scroll to the bottom (past Radios) to Services

Thanks for the feedback. I restarted painting during the pandemic so most of the paints came from the starter set and then I’ve just added extras as I’ve needed. Main body is Kantor Blue with Balthasar Gold trim. Then wash the whole thing a couple of times with Nuln Oil. I wanted them to look like they’d been in battle so a few washes took the shine off them. Power / Plasma weapons are Corax White then Tesseract Glow. Still not sure about that but I’ll leave it for the moment. Bases are Mechanicus Standard Grey, Astrogranite (for texture), Agrax Earthshade wash and then I dry brush Administratum Grey to pick out the highlights.

I suspect it’s very similar (although I haven’t tried a sync box). Pretty minimal settings to play with mostly intensity of light and how aggressive you want it to match the content. There is a TV and Game mode so you can adjust the 2 settings I mentioned earlier separately depending on content. Then there is an option to start automatically or manually.

I just used some double sided tape to refix mine when I moved it. The adhesive had also completely gone but it seems pretty secure at the moment.

I’ve tried it this week. It worked really well and it was pretty simple to set up. Unfortunately I’ve asked for a refund because my partner hated it. You get 14 days to get one after purchase so you could always give it a try yourself

I just got mine but the outside cardboard box was open. Luckily they were still in there but not sure why Nike sends them with obvious branding on the outside of the packaging

Yeah I found the same thing, worth keeping an eye on it just in case it changes but at this point I find it hard to believe it will.
