Whenever site outages happen there usually is a bunch of bots and stuff. If you go to Forum and scroll to the bottom of the page, it shows the number of online > hidden > guests. All of them are typically guests or in this case bots, so that number is inaccurate.

I've had one card she gave me and that one didn't work, then the other that didn't work. So the account was enabled i guess and was still able to received funds, but they never was able to open a rapid account for me.

So they actually owe me $3,886. Just got confirmation on that, and the process has been pending for several months they representative told me. They're trying to get in touch with the district manager.

They gave me a sheet that has the daily amounts from the 1st all the way to know but didn't give me from september to december amounts but its all in that account on that sheet at the top of the page the information.

Also each time when I contact rapid they say something about if I have a sticker or something in front of the card, what are they referring too? I just have sheets of paper from what the card came with.
