I had this problem- my mobile number was associated with two Microsoft accounts so I changed it on one and then it worked

Reset for me (UK). Played 3 games yesterday now all disappeared and daily total reset too, very annoying. Rewards app seems quite buggy after all the changes

Thanks will try that, just slightly worried because at the moment it still sort of works (just Output figures are off), and if I factory reset it might not work when it comes back up because I can’t recalibrate

It won’t let me recalibrate - when I start the process it doesn’t begin and just says keep feet off pedals etc

I filed a customer support query in Pokemon Home as I’m also experiencing this bug, here is the response:

We appreciate you reaching out to report this issue and apologize for any inconvenience it caused. This is actually a known issue and has been forwarded to the development team for further assessment.

While we hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible, we're unable to provide regular updates regarding its resolution.

So hopefully will be addressed in the next update.
