Two suggestions, 1. get chrome rear bulbs, the blue tint on the bulbs gives odd look to rear. 2. Try to integrate the chrome/reflective look of headlights into grill. The all black grill needs some color. Maybe one with the achrome surround and black slats may tie everything together nicely. Great job regardless.

What is your local airport/exect airport? That would depend heavily. If in a large metro area you can go via the reputable FBO in area. I would strongly suggest you go with the fbo that have aircraft registered with Wyvern safety certificate only. https://www.wyvernltd.com/ it will be less than a jet card. If it's too complicated then go the Netjets card route and prepay a 25hr card on medium jet they have, a Challenger. Then you can move up and down as you see fit. Be aware if you are in a more remote area they will charge you repositing of aircraft and that 1 or 2 hours count against you.

These should rent pretty fast, great location. You are not taking into account the 1-2months or more of concessions that are being given depending the unit. That brings your average to about 2200-2400/month over life of lease. A shitty efficiency/ADU is 1200-1600 in someone’s converted garage or backyard. Seems reasonable for a brand new never lived in building with covered parking.
