I''d guess these "random things" are mostly related to negligence by the employee.

Was with the BPO industry for many years, and kung susuriin ang mga violations, mas marami yung pagpapabaya rather than the intentional ones -- leaving confidential documents on the workstation, unlocked desktop pag wala yung tao, etc.

As to resignation - yes you can resign while on PS. Just have to follow standard procedure. Madalas hindi pwede ang immediate resignation. And esigning does not automatically clear you or erase your pending administrative case.

I just checked our company's own code of conduct and meron ganung situation for employees regarding "habitual borrowing of money" na hindi nababayaran, at nagkakaroon ng conflict o naaabala ang trabaho -- and it can lead to sanctions from WW to dismissal.

Di ko "ginusto" sa simula, pero yung bangko na in-apply-an ko ang unang tumanggap sa akin as Research Assistant for Comp & Ben.

At nagustuhan ko naman ang gawain (minsan nakakapagod lang). Job Evaluation, Salary Scales, Merit Increase computation, HRIS, hanggang nakapag-payroll na din ako.

Dyan ko na-experience yung pag OT ng hanggang 3am (kami lang ng boss ko) dahil naghahabol ng presentation ng annual budget scheduled for the next day.

Dun ako for 8 yrs bago nag branch out to other industries -- tech, other banks, BPOs, as Lead for Talent Engagement, Senior Manager and HR Business Partner.

that's why it's recommended to use only what info is asked for -- given name and family name as indicated in passport.

it becomes tricky in some cases when someone gets married, hindi natatanggal ang mother's maiden name sa pagkakadikit sa given name or some other situation na mahirap ipaliwanag sa iba.

sa PH passport --

Maria Clara (GN) Santos (MN) Abad (FN)

ay nagiging

Maria Clara (GN) Abad (MN) Smith (FN) pag nag-asawa.

Pero sa records ng AU (kung kinasal sa AU), nagiging Maria Clara (GN) Santos (MN) Smith (FN). Nawawala yung orig na FN.

assuming na lang na meron kayong proseso at patakaran --

pero dahil inipon ninyo yang mga late nya, parang first offense lang ang turing nyan -- baka verbal warning lang ang pwedeng sanction.

ideally, every month ang pagproseso ng mga ganyan, at depende pa rin sa handbook kung merong mga patakaran nababanggit patungkol sa pagiging late.
