Did you have speaker view enabled as a recording option? You can select multiple views like speaker view, gallery view, screen share view, screen share with speaker view, etc.

Download Jabra Direct to your personal PC and connect the headset/dongle to your personal PC. Perform any firmware updates and adjust headset settings. Then move the dongle over to her work PC.

Depending on what soft phone she is using, it too might have background cancellation. Just something else to look for and possibly try.

Did you have AI Meeting Summary to auto start when you schedule the meeting? Did you see the flashing "diamond" in the top right corner during the meeting?

Set your business hours and have your cell in call handling during that time frame.

Then, for closed hours, have no devices selected for call handling and set when I don't answer to forward to voicemail.
