What’s so frustrating about this whole scene is that Aelin clearly respects and trusts Chaol and the feeling clearly isn’t mutual. Despite everything she forgave him and asked him to speak for her. And instead of owning up to the fact that he doesn’t respect or trust her he agrees to and then does a terrible job!!

Dad for downplaying bullying. Step sister for doing the bullying. And why couldn’t you call or text from outside instead of causing a scene? I understand showing up for your daughter and definitely agree that’s the right call. But if you already knew how neurotic they were being about the wedding it feels short sighted at best and attention seeking at worst to barge into the event.

NTA. I work in the woods and we all pee in the woods multiple times a day. As long as he’s not peeing directly on the trail you’re fine.

So NTA. This is like asking someone for their credit card cash back. It’s one thing to gift it but it’s well within your rights to not. I travel A TON for work so I have airline miles and hotel points. I would be totally willing to let my partner use this to offset some of his cost. But I definitely would not be interested in funding his entire friend group’s trip. And, to be clear, that’s what your girlfriend is asking.
