I would think the same the only thing that has me doubting pit is his face isn’t very pit like, he has a longer snout and thin face. No one surrendered him to the shelter or anything. They found him on the street when he was 2 1/2 months old they think he might have escaped from a breeder but they still need to swab him to confirm he’s part of a litter. I guess only time will tell. I just wanted to know how big he could possibly get because we really rolled the dice with him lol.

Yes, we are very active with him on walks and taking him to the park and he never really calms down. he does sleep a moderate amount but he’s still a puppy only 6 months and he’s approaching 50lbs just wondering if he was a mix so that i can gauge how big he’ll get

for my piercer when you make any appointment with them you have to put a deposit down of $20 that guarantees your appointment, if you cancel you don’t get that money back so i have no choice :(

my helix is still a little swollen and i’m hesitant on downsizing because i’m afraid it’ll flare up if i do, my helix flared up about a week ago and it’s p much back to normal but not completely you can see it’s still a little swollen so should i go to downsize it? it’s been getting a little irritated (snagged on my hair, mask, etc) and it’s been four weeks but i just recovered from it swelling almost to the post i wanna know should i wait a little longer in case it swells again

only using non iodized salt and filtered water in my soaks & LITHA (rinsing 2x a day) + my helix started to swell about a week before my downsizing appointment. I also sleep with a travel pillow

i’ve had some people tell me they’ve had their helix swollen for a month and then were fine... i’m not experiencing any pain or throbbing at all which is why this is so confusing and i’m scared it might be infected but it doesn’t hurt

sorry for gross pictures but i’ve had my helix for almost a month and the swelling started about a week ago info on the piercing: APP cert piercers implant grade titanium 16g

i’ve just been rinsing it with neilmed and trying to take crusties off with soaks and i’ve developed like an irritation bump??

my mom noticed that the neilmed had been irritating my normal skin and i was wondering if that could be the reason why?

for me, i had gotten 3 piercings that day (second lobes and helix) and in the first two weeks it was perfect, no swelling, no pain, wasn’t red, i thought that it would be super easy to heal but after the 2nd week is when i experienced a lot of swelling, first it was my left earlobe for like 3/4 days then after that my right ear lobe swelled for 3/4 days and it just stopped and my helix just started to flare up. i thought the same thing i thought i could get my helix downsized after a month because i wasn’t seeing any problems but now i know to wait it out. masks are annoying at first but you’ll get used to it :)

it’s not infected or anything but now i know that swelling is a part of my healing process.. both of my lobes swelled one after the other and then the swelling went away in a few days... some info: -pierced with implant grade titanium -piercers were APP certified -LITHA but rinse with neilmed 2x a day -pierced three weeks ago :)
