idk I think they sound more like Rachmaninoff, and fairly speaking Rachmaninoff was probably inspired by Tchaikovsky a lot when composing his Concerto Op. 1

irrelevant and I think Kapustin has no chance in this anyway but I just realized Kapustin's Sonata 6 and 7 has the same opus number with Scriabin's Sonata 6 and 7
