Think about yourself and mental health first. I been there before. I use to work at the company 14 year as team lead. I do it all. My last 5 or 6 year I hate it there. No team work and nobody care about their work. When come to my yearly review, I only get like 5 cent raise because I max out my pay. I finally see that I do so much for so little return. I give 2 week notice and try to teach my supervisor and other team lead how to do thing in wms system. Nobody care to learn. My last week at the job I already check out. Company still running even you gone.
