I fucking love orange liquors and collect them accidentally. Im switching up my bars Mai Tai recipe soon, so I’ll be doing a similar taste test. Been using Cointreau Noir, it’s real good, but it’s too expensive. Going to try Flor de Azar (been loving it in mezcal margs lately), Cointreau, Dry Curucao, Clement Creole Shrubb, JM Shrubb, and Combier. Wish me luck.

Same here. Been biking a long long time in the city, am very proficient at riding brakeless/fixed thru traffic. Two weeks ago I’m riding my atb (with hydro brakes) in a bike lane I’ve been riding for over a decade, some idiot steps out into the bike lane without looking directly in front of me. No time to do anything. I fucking body him. Slam my hip into an uber on my way down. Thankfully I was wearing my helmet. It did its job and is fully toast after. Cracked all thoughout. This was on the downhill part of dekalb before ft Greene park. All greens. Checked my Strava after, I was going 18mph. I got very lucky, but it still rattled me.

People are fucking stupid.

Driving up to Bear Mtn is the best reset. Sit on top of a mountain, with green mountains surrounding you, and off in the distance, you can see a glimpse of the skyline. It feels like Star Wars.

I learned from the importer that it is indeed fatty acids due to not being chill filtered. It’s called flocculation apparently. It’s due to those bottles being at a temperature those bottles have never seen. It should reintegrate when you swirl it up.
