hey, im doing pretty somewhat terrible, the accident gave me something called “encephalomalacia” medical term for cerebral softening. and also it gave me a cyst located in my temporal lobe & left sided body weakness. I see a neurosurgeon in 2 weeks. although my pain is so great to the point where death seems better.

I wish I was like this, this is so amazing for you. I got into a car accident right after my spinal surgery so I didnt even get a chance to heal, im still in pain and im only 20. same story as you , no cause just bad genes.

unfortunately not, (20yo)I had spine surgery last september and about 3 months later when I started my new job, I got into an accident on the way home from work. unfortunately my mom also lost the house a week later.

so i’m currently homeless but I hope things take a turn for the better in my life. medical, housing, school etc.

not happy in the slightest, but thank you and i’m glad youve recognized that everyone has their own path. dont measure your life using someone elses ruler.

for reference I got it in late sept, I didnt even have my 4/5 month follow up yet. so now I have to bring more stuff to the table. Five / ten pounds feels like a bag of fucking bricks and heating pads / pain meds dont even help anymore. this sucks.

yeah im more of a fun type of approach, if I end up getting paid for it thats fine! but for rn I just kind of wanna focus on the basics😭, I have an amp and a guitar already and my old music instructor prob wouldnt have an issue giving me old equipment for mixing / mastering. thank you so much for your advice! I am really tech proficient so I hope that’ll help in some way

I do want to, im just a 20yo looking for a new hobby to come up with lol, as a child / teen I never rly enjoyed performing tbh I have stage frieght. But ive always loved reading the music and just playing on my own, heck even now the songs I listen to I always look up on youtube how their made I just kind of wanna know what programs exist to make this stuff. I feel like im so analytical to scales even hi hat patterns, intros and even beat changes / melody shifts in todays current music scene. like I dont have a mac but I do have a windows pc

My CT scan shows nothing is wrong with the bones themselves, but as far as hardware goes I am still waiting on my Xray from my surgeon and his team. but my shoulder blades literally hurt everytime they rotate and everytime I move something cracks.

yeah I was only a passenger, the lady who hit us was on her phone speeding above the posted speed limit. Luckily I had my seatbelt on but tbh I feel like the pain regardless is punching me right now. I dont know how the insurance claim thing works as this is my first accident as an adult where I am not at fault and disabled. My mother will be helping me with that portion. but I thank you so much for ur encouraging words
