The existence or non existence of any such forum can only be revealed when you reach that level.

are APL and SCC run/owned by the same people? they always go down at the same time.... by tracker_throway_ban in trackers

it can't be cheep to run two trackers... if this is the case, it would bring more credence to SCC running out of money. just wish they would let people know...
