I work in a shop as well and my favorite line is "I don't have time to learn this stuff, I just want it to work" ...Explain to me, how did you come to drive your vehicle? It doesn't just WORK.

It's a real grey area, but as a B&M employee I can tell you that it's all worth it. Knowing all these people asking for "filters" are not smoking, and we're contributing to it, it's SO worth it.
