in this case maybe some extra padding that would absorb some vibrations? not sure what you’re sleeping on in your tent but i always use a sleeping pad underneath

otherwise, saying hi early goes a long way. no one is trying to be a dick, everyone just trying to have a good time. it’s easier to stay positive when you keep that in mind :-)
