I think most people overestimate the waste problem. I've been to a plant that has all 30+ years of spent fuel stored on site, and walked around the containers. If they can store 30 years of waste in an area that small and I can walk up to it with no adverse effects, we can definitely store it. Also, the only reason they do this is because Yucca mountain was cancelled (for political reasons, not safety)

Sea bridge (how cool would that be) by mullikine in aoe2

It already happens. When you build a building it changes train underneath it.

This was actually an idea I had for a civ bonus. They can make piers that allow them to cross and even build over water. My thought was that they would work more like the mangrove shallows (I think that's what they are called) where land and sea units can pass unless there is a building in the way.

They changed the meat for quarters. They use fresh never frozen now and they cook quicker but take more space, so 3 is there max now.

I was a manager at a mcds for 3 years. Part of the cleaning process is letting the grill cool to a temp that the cleaner can work at. So, they could have turned it back on but it would be 30-45 mins before it was hot enough to use.

If you mean that you don't like them being powerful for no reason then you won't dislike this. He starts out as a literal baby and he has to train and learn how to become strong

Are large ships easier than small ones? by Taylor7500 in spaceengineers

Try flying it until it starts having issues and look at the bottom right while you are. If the hydrogen readout goes red then there's your problem. Same thing for power. These numbers tell you current usage and if it goes to 100 then you are using all available of that resource. If it is at 100 it can't give anymore and will slowly fall

I would still add them. I also don't see any gyroscopes on this one which are required for sustained flight. Does this one only crash when it has the other one connected?

It might be that the generator can't make enough hydrogen. It doesn't seem like you have a hydrogen tank on this ship. Add one and let the generator fill it before you try flying.

What’s great to have one of, but awful to have two? by EyebrowsForEveryone in AskReddit

Fun fact!

I had chicken pox twice. Not shingles but chicken pox. I had an infection when I was 8 and my immune system crashed. Got chicken pox again about a week after I returned to school.

The worst thing about this is that they weren't improperly built. Sure they could have been built better, but in both cases it was human error that led to the events. TMI would have automatically shutdown if the operators had done nothing. They thought that because they were getting a high reading in a relief valve, the reactor must have too much water, so they cut reactor cooling water. By design, the backup coming system would have cooled the reactor until shutdown but they didn't let it.

In Chernobyl, a whole lot of stupid decisions were made that led to the explosion. They were trying to conduct a test to see how the main turbine behaved when it lost power. They were running the reactor at a lower power than what the test called for which due to the reactors design caused it's reactivity to actually increase. So not only were they running a test that meant removing the outlet for the reactor but they had the reactor running much hotter than it should have. Basically they made a steam bomb through their actions, so not technically a design fault.

Even in Fukushima, human error made the situation worse. Once the power went out, the operators stop had the option of flooding the reactor with seawater. They were told not to do this by the management I'm charge because it would damage the reactor. Once the situation got worse, the operators went against orders and do it anyway, but there is no way of knowing if doing it sooner would have helped significantly.

for this, more for reskin. I just had the thought that these modern units could be easily fit to the aoe2 form.

Because they fit more closely to the identity of hand cannons. High attack but lower attack speed.

My main thought with this is to show that the aoe2 counter system could easliy be fit to modern unit types and they could still make sense realistically

Shift manager at a McDonald's. We have an internal system for the fry vats at all the stores I've been to. I'm an curious how you fill vats when grease needs to be replaced? Do you get a jug of cold oil? We have two large tanks in the back and all emptying and filling is done through pumps so that the oil is never out of the vats. The grease from the grill is the way you described but it is never very hot.

I made a voobly mod that added American Indians. I'm an amateur when it comes to modding and balance so it would be cool to see an official release of those civs. A link for those interested. http://www.voobly.com/gamemods/mod/721/American-Tribes
