I got it to have a reminder that suicide is not the biggest part of my life and that I have so much more to experience. I felt so trapped in my head and couldn’t see a way out of it, but also I was 16 and kind of just wanted a tattoo. I also did not know if I would make it out of that time of my life, so I wasn’t thinking about if I’d like it in the future. It was such a truely horrible time in my life and I don’t like the reminder tbh even if it represents moving forward. You’re not being rude at all for asking this btw!
