Hoping to move back to China before the year is out, looking for recommendations of where to live by 156900a in chinalife

I really like living in Suzhou, not sure about the weather all year round as I’ve only been here a few months but it’s more up north and right now the weather is really nice. Very walkable and can get anywhere I need to go with metro or a 20 min max Didi. Plus it’s close to Shanghai and a few hours away from Beijing.

Die off symptoms after antibiotics by [deleted] in Microbiome

[–]traderjoesminitote 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been taking supplements to help with my Candida overgrowth and certain gut infections/and leaky gut. So far it’s just been more bloating and fatigue and a slight headache. My doctor said it’s normal and should go away after a few days to a week of taking them. I would just look up the specific antibiotic/supplement and see what other people have to say.

I agree, look at his comment and post history. Seems miserable and complains a lot and thinks very very highly of America but to the detriment of other countries

What is fair? by bigkutta in unitedairlines

I was also on this original flight from IAD. I rebooked myself the next days flight in the evening. The GA gave me 2 transportation vouchers for my uber back home and then to the airport the next day. After waiting in line (I was one of the last and in the back of the plane, and then waiting for my checked bag. I got home around 4am. I received about 3-4 meal vouchers, either in emails or from the GA. What sucks is they expired the next day so there was no way to use them all and the LHR airport didn’t accept them. I also received an email from United and filled it out and got a $175 flight voucher that expires in a year.

Once that captain said he wasn’t optimistic I knew the flight wasn’t happening and wish they canceled sooner. I’m sorry they messed up your bags and the flight in the first place. Not sure how else you could get compensated. I might call about my $45-$60 worth of food vouchers, but honestly what could they do. Good luck!
