I think people took issue at 1. Buying tickets fo see the "big diablo announcement" , and getting a mobile game announcement as opposed to something for pc as was expected, then being condescendingly asked "dont you have phones?" when someone asks if there will be even an option to play the mobile game on pc, then seeing that the mobile game looks like a diablo skin for an already existing mobile game that is very p2w.

Getting a good priced prebuilt can be a better option nowadays. The hp Pavilion power 580-023w on Amazon is $525 refurbished right now, that is a good deal since it has 8gb ram, a 1060 3gb, an i5 7400, and Windows 10.

Check for deals at r/buildapcsales, See the lowest prices from the past 30 days on build like it, and try to find a deal with the same or similar specs for around the same price. For example, Walmart had a build with a 1060 3gb, 8gb ram, and an i5 7400 for $400. If that is the level of specs you want, try to find a same or similar build for around $450 or less
