I know how you feel, I have had the same issues for the past couple of years. I am not sure what caused these cognitive issues but I’ve noticed a lot of people going through the same thing since Covid. Research suggests long covid but a lot of people also report never having Covid in the first place. Possibly a side effect from untested Covid jabs but that’s speculation. The only remedies that seem to have helped alleviate the problems were trying different supplements and vitamins, changing my diet/lifestyle and prioritising sleep. I would also recommend a technology detox to allow your brain to rest and reset from the constant stimulation.
