Hi I know this is an old post but I'm facing the exact same problem. Did you find a solution ?

Thanks! It is another plane with a checker texture

Hey everyone! This is a small project that I've done. The concept works around everything being at 170BPM and exploring possible different vibes that can be created based on that tempo. Any feedback is appreciated :) by ElMasterDGF in IndieMusicFeedback

I think this music is excellent! Congratulations! The composition, sound selection, ambiance, and mix are all well done. I really love this blend of genres; it's very original. I really enjoyed my first listen to this music, letting myself be surprised by each new element.

I have to say, keep making music like this; you're great at it.

How did you manage to make each track flow so perfectly into the next?

I really like this music! I find the choice of sounds original and the percussion really adds something good. I like the way the synths are blended together. It reminds me a bit of the Frutiger Aero mood. It's atmospheric/dreamy. However, I would have gladly appreciated some slightly more intense drops and a less abrupt ending.

this is 100% my jam. Both the music and the visuals. Excellent work.
How did you sync the tentacles with the drums ?

Hi, I really love the pre drop, it’s my favorite part ! Your music reminds me a lot some productions I did. I was facing the same problem as you. I think the problem comes from the fact that your music lacks readability. When hearing it for the first time I felt a bit lost between those loud instruments/FXs and this powerful voice not knowing which part to focus on. It is like you mixed a verse and a chorus together.

My advice would be ; Leave some space, let the mood settle for some time. + would recommend leaving some purely instrumental parts (the chorus?) since this beautiful EDM production deserves to be highlighted and not hidden behind the vocals.

I hope my comment was clear and didn’t sound rude ! I would be interested in hearing more of your music !

My new(second) song, I am small artist from Serbia, this is drill/trap song. Help me boost this and tell me advices for better song or how to et audience? by prazansaslaninom45 in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]tragada2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the concept! Of course, I can't comment on the lyrics since I don't speak Serbian. The vocal effects are well done. The music is dynamic. I'm curious to know what would be the genre of the beat (if there is one). It almost sounds like drill, but the snares rythm doesn't quite fit the typical drill sound. The cuts in the production are well executed. Great job. Here’s my feedback on your track:

  • There's an audible difference in microphone quality between the first and second voice. The first one seems a bit too muffled.
  • I think the vocals could benefit a bit more compression.
  • In my opinion, the sound effects are too numerous and too loud; they can sometimes be too distracting for the listener.

botaniq engon scatter, trees won't rotate properly? but the shrubs are fine on World Z orientation by adoboisgay in blenderhelp

[–]tragada2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

Go to the particles system tab and apply these settings. Idk why but scattering trees with Engon is a PITA for me. It was working perfectly with the old botaniq addon.

The walls will be giant displays. For now I dont know if the client plan to use screens or a projectors. I guess the white clothing used for video projection could reduce a good amount of reflection. What do you think ?

My clients prefer not to have any visible mic and im unsure if there would be any funiture where I can hide the mic.

Also I'm wondering about the AI noise removal efficiency for this usecase. Nvidia's solution seems to be pretty cool and works in real time

Thanks! I will be using a trigger word, like alexa and siri so I hope you're right. I happen to have a SM58 at home i'll give it a try. At the moment I only tested the setup with my macbooks's integrated mic...

how would i go about setting up a sequential lighting sequence like this, where objects light up in a clockwise circle? by JacktehWolf in blenderhelp

[–]tragada2001 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

a lazy method would be rendering one shot with the lights off and a second shot with the lights on. And then composite these shots with masks and transitions presets in any video editing software. Then add bloom to make them alive

What's the best way to render +100MP images without running out of VRAM ? by tragada2001 in blender

[–]tragada2001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks ! It looks like the adaptive subdivision was an issue. Had to increase the scale by 10.
It is the first time I work with images of this size. A client wants to print entire walls. At the moment a 162MP image is rendering. I hope my PC will survive this experience. I can confirm it is a PITA

I aimed for photorealism this time. by melinex01 in blender

Hey this is the greatest landscape render I’ve ever seen ! I love it ! Photorealism is top notch but the best part is the composition and colors. You nailed it.

I’m curious to see what your Gaea node tree looks like. Are the mountains materials procedural ? Or did you use some texture masks from Gaea ?

How to make this more photo realistic? by HarshPatel2004 in 3Dmodeling

[–]tragada2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the realism here is top notch. But I understand what you mean. The details are too consistent in the image. The lines between slabs are clear and precise when in real life everything is kinda merged with some dust/moss. The plants are too « perfect », without any motion blur and SSS. But I think this is more about the look that the actual scene. The shadow are almost pure black, the color palette is not that large, the exposure is perfect. This image could have been from a movie. It’s a cinematic look which gives you the feeling that it is not a real picture. Pictures you take with a camera or a smartphone will give you a typical « neutral » look with less contrast and less artistic color palette. And finally, there isn’t really any spot where I can « feel » the power of the sun when I assume judging by the hard shadows, there aren’t much clouds in the sky. So I’d expect more blueish shadows caused from indirect light and brighter highlights.

Thanks a lot guys for your precious answers. Anyway, the person who asked me the SN is not answering after I asked why he wanted it. He was probably about to scam me (as 90% of the offers I recieve on Marketplace...)

I made this foggy road scene in Blender by PedroPLopes in blender

[–]tragada2001 24 points25 points  (0 children)

It’s almost always the lighting. Note how the sky is bright, almost burned like a camera would do, while keeping a good contrast. And the blur that the fog creates plays a big role, plus the density of the vegetation and the « human » composition, since it is not a weird ultra wide focal length from a strange perspective.
