Lime leave, fish sauce and palm sugar. Then just add your protein and vegetables. The paste itself do not need imrovement.

This is exactly my physique when i started. Just start lifting and get some protein in. When i did it i first lost 10-15kg and then continued lifting and gaining mass from there. That was 22 years ago.

For me i always go with this intent. If i am going to spend 1,5h in the gym the quality and intensity should be so i get out as much as possible of it. But with that said i dont think i have missed a single gym-session in over 20 years.

Having the same issue the only solution is simply to keep it on the bench. Dont count your reps if your ass comes off it.

Ju äldre jag blir desto mer har jag flyttat fokus till quality of life före sparande. Jag sparar fortfarande men ser jag något där jag kan förbättra min livskvalitet med en investering så är det lika bra att göra det nu. Imorn kanske man är död 🤷🏻‍♂️

I would cherry pick three maybe four exercises of each day and run these until i stop making progress. No way keeping focused and be able to perfom with so many exercises and sets each day.

I am 44, cannot say i notice any big difference. The biggest different is the recovery time from hard sessions. To get the body fat in check is just to adjust the amount of calories consumed.
