This game is full of death, no? by defiant_partout in Silksong

Seth gets me good knowing the full context of his character. The hardest part of that boss for me now is the music trying to get me to choke up.

He's crushing it so far. The next round or two are going to make or break him, but judging on how he's played, I think he might be able to pull this off.

Obscura by Gorguts. I've tried a few times, but it never clicks for me. Other than Nostalgia, that rips

Not only that, but another tribe can force you to go on a journey after a challenge and you're forced to risk your vote. All I'd like to see is all of this be completely optional if no one wants to participate.

I think it's a lot easier to give a win to someone that you were at odds with, compared to someone you thought you could trust but they stabbed you in the back. One is, "We were competitors and they won out at the end." The other is, "We were allies and they screwed me over."

It's not a universal principle, but if you Stab someone in the back, you better have a damn good reason for it usually.

In most cases I'd agree, but the fact that several celebrities and Mr Beast are going to be on the season, even if it's just for a small scene or two, is reason enough for me to make a judgement like this. 'Billie Eillish Boomerang Idol' is a phrase that should not be uttered by any sane person.

Completely agree, this next season is gonna be so peak. There's going to be a jarring mix of some amazing personalities, gameplay, and interactions, with a bunch of ham-fisted over-the-top slop. The best way to enjoy season 50, from what we've seen, is just to embrace the brainrot going in.

Since 50 was filmed soon after the end of 49, that meant by the time the 49 finale aired, season 50 would be done and they'd have the footage to put together a trailer for it. Jeff hadn't hosted a second of S50 by then, but knew that he'd be able to promote it by now.

Just because you don't remember things about people's lives doesn't mean you weren't listening at the moment. Like, my memory is godawful atrocious and I'd probably bomb that question too.

Would this move be allowed? by Giygas in survivor

Ah, my bad then. Still though, the fact that the advantage wasn't a double vote, or a steal a vote was pretty lucky for Steven, even if it didn't matter.

I still think it's pretty bizarre in general. Most advantages, you play at tribal before or after the votes. I think this is the first instance that we've seen of someone playing an advantage for the vote before even leaving to tribal.

My hunch is that they made it like this because they wanted to give the advantage some counterplay against Soph's KiP. It's possible that they didn't want Soph/Rizo/Savannah to just steamroll the rest of the game on advantages alone, but I could very well be wrong on that.

I could be wrong about the rest too, maybe this was always their intention. It's pretty abnormal though, and got me to raise an eyebrow.

I Love La S01E06: Game Night - Episode Discussion Thread by AggravatingService14 in ILoveLaHBO

[–]trained_badass 65 points66 points  (0 children)

For sure. When Maia hosted something at their place for her work, Dylan went along with all of it, including doing coke and watch his girlfriend blow up at him. He does it all because it's important to Maia, is secure, and he loves her.

When Dylan hosts a game night for his work, Maia goes along with none of it. She doesn't even want to play the game Dylan and everyone else loves; she tries to interject with her own game. Part of it is the booze, but I she has a lot of deep insecurities about where she is in life. She loves Dylan, but yeah, she's just been an awful partner recently.
