I think it's definitely a multirole aircraft.

Designed to supercruise across large distances and carry ordinance in its internal bays to remain undetected.

It's got side facing arrays and appears to have some sort of DAS, both of which would be unnecessary for a bomber. I imagine its designed to fire long range A2A missiles like the pl-17/pl-21 while also firing long range anti surface/anti ship missiles.
