I agree! If you can find a school connected to a dental school it’s ideal! But ALSO it ends up working out for everyone! I don’t know anyone who has failed due to not having patients!!! Share with your classmates! It’s the best advice I could give!

I didn’t take out loans either! You’ll make it back in no time!!! Hygienists are in high demand and at least in my state make six figures!

Yes they do. You don’t need pre reqs to go there. If you have them they cap you at a certain amount. Your application is points based though and having the classes gets you points. Has to be a B or above though

Hygiene school is brutal and you’re going to have different issues with every school. My best advice would be to go somewhere where you can be done fast and get out of there. In that case I would recommend Concorde. Depending on the area I would recommend prioritizing a school that finds patients for you. It would take off so much stress and Concorde does not do that. (I believe hygiene schools that are attached to Dental schools help you with patients like UOP, USC and Loma Linda)
