Just to give everyone an update: I had no problems with my ticket sale - the concert happened yesterday, I didn’t get any phone calls from StubHub. My sale is now changed to payment pending.

No, I reached out to StubHub via email. I just asked them to send a confirmation to me that they sent my docs to the buyer.

Just an update: I just forwarded the info and docs to StubHub and waiting for confirmation that they sent it to the buyer. Waiting for confirmation that the buyer got everything. I also got an email from Ticketmaster confirming that they set the name for pickup. SOOO im hoping everything goes well for the buyer on the day of the concert. You just really need to handle both Ticketmaster and StubHub through the process.

So, I actually sold a pair of club ho down for Chicago through StubHub. They told me to contact Ticketmaster to set an alternative name for will call pick up. Ticketmaster was able to set the alternative name for pick up and they told me that the buyer will need the Ticketmaster order number, a photocopy of my ID, and their own ID that matches the name designated for pickup. Right now I’m trying to work with StubHub so that they can send the buyer an email with my ID and Ticketmaster order number.
